_x BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

-That the bid of Failor Hurley Construction of Hudson, Iowa,
ate, "' the amount of $55, 300 . 00, for the 2008 Stone Replacement for
� Waterloo Public Library, described in the plans and
spe e-ifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
4 Pr'qj;7?ct, after public hearing on published notice required by
4; be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
r,actived for said work.
S The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
=Mtract with the said contractor for the construction of said
J�mp_-r_bvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
rrqved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 2008 .
