that- `the contract of ACCO Unlimited Corporation of Johnston,
Iowa, --for the 2008 Swimming Pool Filter Replacement and Painting
at Gates Pool, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of
the C%ty of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of
