t the agreement dated September 2, 2008, for maintenance of
hydraulic passenger elevator at the Youth Pavilion at a cost of
C1 jL20 . 00 per month, by and between Schumacher Elevator Company of
Enver, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
