RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
_ WITH WATESSA VENTURE, LLC AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

s - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o �hat the Development Agreement dated September 2, 2008, for
-le�velopment of a 13, 000 square foot professional office building,
'VEth a new minimum taxable value of $1 . 1 million on a 1 . 49 acre
-site generally located in the Greenbelt Centre at the southeast
°O �g�rner of Greyhound Drive and the future Athens Drive, including
Max rebates for 4 years at 100 percent, 5th year at 68 percent
Aid 5 years at 50 percent, by and between WATESSA Venture, LLC,
RO the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
