The Metal Roof Restoration System (MRRS)you have specified is a specialty type of work and only calls for a three man crew to do the work in a matter of a few days. I tried to contact some of the TSB contacts and most of them do not do this kind of work. Because the project is small and will only take three guys to complete in about 4 days, and I did not get any response with the TSB, I did not further try to contact the MBE/WBE.
