QUIT CLAIM DEED
For the consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable consideration, Diane M.
Hansen, a single person, does hereby Quit Claim to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, all my right, title,
interest, estate, claim and demand in the following described real estate in Black Hawk County,
Iowa:
Lot No. Seventy-two (72), in the "Lewis Miller's Small Farms", Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
This deed is excepted from filing a declaration of value and groundwater hazard
statement pursuant to Iowa Code 428A.2(21).
Subject to restrictions, easements, covenants, ordinances, and limited access provisions of
record.
Each of the undersigned hereby relinquishes all rights of dower, homestead and
distributive share in and to the real estate.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the
singular or plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
