_ 11, WHEREAS, Silver Eagle Harley-Davidson, 4022 Sergeant Road, is
requesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance on September 26, 2008
C_ ,from 5 : 00 to 8 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with a band playing in their

_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Silver Eagle Harley-Davidson,
'74022 Sergeant Road, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise
Ordinance, on September 26, 2008 from 5 : 00 to 8 : 00 p.m. in
conjunction with a band playing in their parking lot for their
nnual Fall Festival, be and the same hereby granted.
