CONJUNCTION WITH THE F. Y. 2009 SIDEWALK

o = cWHEREAS, this Council has proposed a Resolution of Necessity
°O �-ior "the Waterloo, Iowa, Sidewalk Assessments in conjunction with
} . Y. 2009 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 8,
c✓ exact No. 746, and has given notice of the public hearing
rein as required by law; and

WHEREAS, the public hearing has been held, all persons
E���ng objections have been heard and consideration given to
P�1]—objections and is pending before this Council; and
*HEREAS, this is the time and place set as provided for the
-taking of action on the proposed Resolution of Necessity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
_gATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS :
That the proposed Resolution of Necessity described above is
hereby adopted, as proposed, and all objections filed or made
having been duly considered.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2008 .
