ar,WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

� �tofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare

°O 2009 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 8, Contract

v� FiWHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
q�fications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2009

crh were preliminarily approved on August 18, 2008, and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on

s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WPM�tL00, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
coritfact, etc. , for the F. Y. 2009 Sidewalk Repair Assessment
Program - Zone 8, Contract No. 746, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2008 .
