— BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of T & W Grinding Service of Delhi, Iowa, in
riygLl�-amount of $25 . 00 per ton, for Composting Collected Yard
Wast, described in the scope of services heretofore adopted by
co Vis; Council for said project, after public hearing on published
N notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
tKt lowest bid received for said work.
m The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
E tract with the said contractor for the construction of said
i�vrovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
proved by this Council .
