N C H WHEREAS, on this 8th day of September, 2008 , at a regular

WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted

x NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

Min Cir Plat, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
he�Ay approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolution .
