F WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should
pqgeive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
n3T OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Wallbaum Minor
Plat, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2008 .
