Approval of Agenda, as proposed or amended.
1. Request of Sunnyside South Addition, LLC for a vacation, sale and
conveyance of a portion of San Marnan Drive generally located between
Galactic Drive and West 4th Street, west of Ansborough for $1.00 for the
purpose of relocating the roadway for the creation of new residential lots.
