BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

J ' < That the bid of Bentley Construction, Inc. of Waterloo,

T-oway in the amount of $35, 486. 45, for the construction of the
o s 2009 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 8, Contract
�pW, =746, described in the plans and specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said project, after public hearing on
3Lished notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the

s The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute

ihprmvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
