BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
2i;:mat the agreement dated September 15, 2008 for the FY08 Edward
"$ryrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program, in the
mount of $22, 840 . 00, with no required local match, to be used
=for funding the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and
n ro�tween U. S. Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
