Summary Statement City's Traffic Engineer, Mohammad Elahi, to present a proposed
traffic safety improvement at W. 4th and Fletcher.

Background Information: This intersection has been experiencing injury and fatal
accident. Number of crashes per year is low, but the severity is high. This location has
qualified and been awarded $500,000.00 in traffic safety fund grants.
