- WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
o 'ape-intendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file

- 1-5 3--�G8, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the

^WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
SJspecifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , and
Ucouncil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
SNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
6IF16',LOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
