r. That the bid of Spohn Ranch of Industry, California, in the

'amomt of $43, 705 . 50, for the construction of the 2008 Skate Park
-Fj� d Damage Repairs Project, described in the plans and

Spro�ect, after public hearing on published notice required by

m The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
�ntract with the said contractor for the construction of said
