WHEREAS, on this 22nd day of September, 2008, at a regular

o NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY- OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Nelson' s

4ivision, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolution .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2008 .
