F BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
rh-at the agreement dated September 22, 2008, for expenditure of
i:ammunity Development Block Grant funds for Zone 8 sidewalk
fairs, by and between the Community Development Board,
Erjgineering Department and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
w raZe is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
s,ahe in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
