H EASEMENT AGREEMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
- SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

s r WHEREAS, the Roadway Easement Agreement for the hereinafter
Vescribed parcels are for acquisition of property needed in
N junction with the West Commercial Street extension project.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CMY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Roadway Easement Agreement, by
w e�r!z between Deere & Company, for the parcels hereinafter
" �escribed, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo,
8l:9 ck Hawk County, Iowa, are accepted and approved.
Permanent Roadway Easement
r Tract "A", Tract "B", Tract "E" and Tract F",
_ TechWorks Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
AND
An area 25 feet in even width, parallel with and
adjacent to portions of Tract "B" and Tract "E",
designated on the plat map for said TechWorks Addition
as roadway easement, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa .
Temporary Construction Easement
An area 15 feet in even width, parallel with and
adjacent to the permanent roadway easement described
above, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2008, and
approved by the Mayor on the 24th day of September, 2008 .
