WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Central Garage has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , and the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
aproved.
