RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
H ¢ r SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
s COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REGIONAL

5 C r TRAINING CENTER HYDRANT LOOP PROJECT .

ti >.WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
lieielofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
pressed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
Regional Training Center Hydrant Loop Project, in the City of
k-at'e.rloo, Iowa, and

=WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary plans,
#0-cifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Regional Training
G-errtar Hydrant Loop Project, which were preliminarily approved on
Segtsmber 15, 2008, and
-WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
6Zto6er 6, 2008, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Regional Training Center Hydrant Loop
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2008 .
