x x RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER HYDRANT LOOP
PROJECT .

s WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-853, plans, specifications,
dorm of contract, etc. , for the Regional Training Center Hydrant
N Ibop Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved
c a-nd adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by
M statute.
x CNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
4 WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
ecifications .
