RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
F < = SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
_ COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE GENERAL
C OBLIGATION BOND DEMOLITION PROJECT, CONTRACT
NO. 159-D-GO-10-06-08 (FORMER WATERFALLS CAR
WASH, 203 JEFFERSON STREET) .
RHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
h�eraofore instructed the Contracts and Grants Coordinator of
« ar -City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
oonf-zzct, etc. , for the General Obligation Bond Demolition
P'r �je�t, Contract No. 159-D-GO-10-06-08 (former Waterfalls Car
,3;"", 7203 Jefferson Street) , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

#HEREAS, said Contracts and Grants Coordinator did file said
pr-tliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
lcYre--4neral Obligation Bond Demolition Project, Contract No. 159-
�Q'7 T'0-06-08 (former Waterfalls Car Wash, 203 Jefferson Street) ,
CYT-eh_were preliminarily approved on September 15, 2008, and

`, WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
October 6, 2008, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the General Obligation Bond
Demolition Project, Contract No. 159-D-GO-10-06-08 (former
Waterfalls Car Wash, 203 Jefferson Street) , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2008 .
