Torte of contract, etc. , for General Obligation Bond Demolition

203 Jefferson Street) , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
� teetF approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing

' `:NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
