c - - QHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
00e @---Qfore instructed the Superintendent of Traffic Operations of
Wa-id, City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
00 —N Gf-� -contract, etc. , for the Purchase of 100 Parking Meters and
4 kt-d Equipment, Project No. TRF 153-08, in the City of
aCloo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file
'Pi(�;' preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
etcr-, for the Purchase of 100 Parking Meters and Related
gq-i�r�?ment, Project No. TRF 153-08, which were preliminarily
,Bp rLpved on September 15, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
October 6, 2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of 100 Parking Meters
and Related Equipment, Project No. TRF 153-08, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2008 .
