cc, WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-857, specifications, bid
4crIument, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of 100 Parking
Meters and Related Equipment, Project No. TRF 153-08, in the City
c Of-Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
0C der the hearing prescribed by statute.
N x - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
rs- so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
approved.
