c �2 WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said

Member 22, 2008, and
s WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ffATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Four (4 ) John Deere
1565 Commercial Front Mowers With Attachments, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2008 .
