City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
�16ilncil after the hearing prescribed by statute.
T w o NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
4P�tERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
