September 22, 2008, and
t WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
Octo-ber 6, 2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One (1) John Deere 4-
Wheel Drive Pro Gator With Attachments, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2008 .
