G WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-861, specifications, bid
s �:d.ocument, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One (1)
^J�ahn Deere 4-Wheel Drive Pro Gator With Attachments, in the City
-of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the hearing prescribed by statute .
-� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W4TERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
=i,a so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
agproved.
