Se-ct4 on 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
4aterloo;: Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 20th day of October, 2008,
,-fo-r the , purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. for the
Purchase of One (1) 2009 Automated Side-Loading Garbage Truck, in
j�he -City -of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
ublish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
