E� Q SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
- CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION
s _ WITH THE RENTAL OF THREE (3) MOTOR GRADERS .
o = WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
her tofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
`said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc. , for the Rental of Three (3) Motor Graders, in

r. WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said

NF; WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
