0 N RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
RENTAL OF THREE (3) MOTOR GRADERS .

s t-1 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-894 , specifications, bid
ocument, form of contract, etc. , for the Rental of Three (3)
C otor Graders, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved
end adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by
N statute .

Y - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
ds so ordered on motion by this Council that the said rental be
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 2008 .
