ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES DIVISION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID 28E AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the 28E Agreement dated October 13, 2008, for the purpose of
providing and funding tobacco enforcement activities, by and
jsetween Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division, and the City of
c Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
end City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
