RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT OF PRIOR
LIENHOLDER AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tlat the Agreement of Prior Lienholder dated October 13, 2008,
-that Waterloo Tent and Tarp SBA is not delinquent and to allow for
lsi*ordination of any further advances from the city, by and
be-tween Waterloo Tent and Tarp SBA of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
' f Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 2008 .
