- ^BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

r That the bid of Lehman Trucking and Excavating, Inc. of
Wate`Yloo, Iowa, in the amount of $19, 150 . 00, for the General
6bligation Bond Demolition Project, Contract No. 159-D-GO-10-06-
0-8_` rdescribed in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted
y 'this Council for said project, after public hearing on
]�ulb -fished notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute

mprovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
