Q RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO SECTION 582,
OF ORDINANCE N0. 4602, AS AMENDED, TRUCK
o ORDINANCE (TRUCK EMBARGO) ON VARIOUS STREETS
s IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.

' '= WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has
opted an Ordinance embargoing truck traffic on West Donald
B't-r�t between Logan Avenue and Burton Avenue, known as Section
`r 5-82;< of Ordinance No. 4602, as amended, Traffic Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has requested a
e�-'Y-iance to said Ordinance to allow Larson Construction Co. , Inc.
M use this portion of West Donald Street to allow completion of
gt'lity work required for the new Logan Middle School project for
thii two week period beginning November 3, 2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a variance to Section 582, of
finance No. 4602, as amended, Traffic Ordinance, be granted as
uested.
