AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL
DISTRICT.

s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
c -IOWA, that the Permanent Easement Agreement for property
-generally located at 1628 Washington Street for installation of an
emergency siren, by and between the Waterloo Community School
c -District, for the following described property:

a The Northwesterly 50 feet of the Southeasterly 110 feet
of the Northeasterly 57 feet of Lot 6 of Anthony Bakers
`L Plat of Outlots in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
