EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Ih-at the agreement dated October 20, 2008, for use of local
'ggancy roads as detours to detour U. S . Highway 63 traffic on city
sheets in conjunction with utility connections for the new Logan
c 3fELddle School for the period of November 3-21, 2008, by and
