that the Supplemental Agreement No. 7 dated October 20, 2008, for
caristruction review services at a cost of $10, 500 . 00, in

_Park to Mullan Avenue, Contract No. 719 , and F. Y . 2007 Riverwalk

�-6, by and between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
