AGREEMENT WITH GILMORE AND DOYLE MECHANICAL
�T AND ELECTRICAL CONSULTING ENGINEERS AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 20, 2008,
at a cost not to exceed $3, 500 . 00, to develop options to mitigate
-s€orm water issues for the basement of City Hall, by and between
Gilmore and Doyle Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineers

of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
