SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF

HEAVY DUTY BRUSH CHIPPER UNIT.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
-Superintendent of Central Garage, to prepare and file
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , for the
. Purchase of One (1) Heavy Duty Brush Chipper Unit, in the City of
`Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
r T WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Central Garage has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
