RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
F= SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
c - CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR THE PURCHASE OF AMBULANCE

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Fire
N Chief, to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of
c r-contract, etc . , for the Purchase of Ambulance Chassis, in the
0C -,_City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
C" - WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said specifications, bid

,' cument, form of contract, etc. , and the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 2008 .
