s RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
y SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC . , FOR THE PURCHASE OF AMBULANCE
MODULE.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Fire
G-hief, to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of
c�bntract, etc. , for the Purchase of Ambulance Module, in the City
of'`Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said specifications, bid
d-o�ment, form of contract, etc . , and the Council of the City of
46terloo, Iowa, having considered the same .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VrAfFRLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
C*4tract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
