RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
H y SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF

- II AND III FOR THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE
ARTS.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Director
J Cultural & Arts Commission, to prepare and file
gj�ecrifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , for
�l1-ection Storage, Phase II and III for the Waterloo Center For
°w Th'b�"Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
s,r oo�ifications, and
4 WHEREAS, the Director of Cultural & Arts Commission has
'filed said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. ,
&nd the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered
4e same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZzVTERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
co-ntract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 2008 .
