RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
~ EXTENSION OF THE CONSOLIDATED URBAN
- = REVITALIZATION AREA AS NOVEMBER 3, 2008, AT
s 5 : 30 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS,

WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 3rd day of November, 2008,
for tlie „purpose of considering and acting upon the extension of
