SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
H COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO

o WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
}tpl'i ofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
gtoposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
c Waterloo Fire Rescue Thermal Imager Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the Waterloo Fire
Rescue Thermal Imager Project, which were preliminarily approved
on-Oetober 6, 2008, and
*WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
Qc-tober 27, 2008, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WA�ERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Waterloo Fire Rescue Thermal Imager
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of October, 2008 .
