F--.' RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE THERMAL IMAGER PROJECT.

s WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-939, plans, specifications,
s arm of contract, etc. , for the Waterloo Fire Rescue Thermal
Unager Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved
and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by
statute .
I N NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
a WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
CD 4 so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
Se constructed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
